  1. Returns
    • 7 day return / exchange period
    • Items must be returned in 100% original condition ~ no exceptions!
    • Items must be returned with original manufacturer packaging when applicable ~ no exceptions!
    • Fender Serial Numbers on all bodies and necks must match original invoice ~ no exceptions!
  2. Return Shipping costs
    • If the item is being returned due to error or by cause of the buyer - the buyer covers all shipping costs
    • If the item is being returned due to error or by cause of the seller - Pickers Parts will cover all shipping costs
    • Shippings Cost reimbursed by Pickers Parts must recieve prior authorization before return is excepted
    • Return shipping must be made in the same service or lower than originally sent
  3. Returns on Custom Shop Items
    • Returns on Pickers Parts Custom Shop Pickguards and Pickups are subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Please insure your custom specs prior to ordering

  4. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are possible and not a problem
    • Exchanges must be made within 7 days and adhere to our Return Policies
