for late 60s Voicing.
In
our opinion this is the perfectly calibrated Custom Shop 69
pickup.
Made
with high quality Alnico V magnets, plain enamel pickup wire to achieve
the true voicing of the era and cloth vintage leads just like the more
expensive "initialed" version.
However,
we perfected the set by offering a middle pickup with a 6.3k output and
is rw/rp to achieve hum canceling in positions 2 and 4. The
bridge has been fattened up to a beautiful yet vintage true voicing of
6.8k.
Truly
an incredible set for "Voodoo" Blues, Classic Rock, Country,
Rockabilly, Ska and similar music styles.

Our Custom Prewired Pickguards come standard with a white
high quality 3 Ply 11 Hole pickguard. Pickguards come shielded and offer a great
upgrade to most Stratocaster models including American, Mexican and Japanese
Fender models, Squier models, and more. The mounting hole patterns can vary from
guitar model to guitar model. We offer many choices below. Please consider that
due to the variety of guitar models on the market it may be possible a small
hole tapping modification may need to be done on your 8 or 11 hole patterns.
